A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proven successful Marketing/Ecommerce professional to join our new center based in Cologne / Hamburg (Germany). Calconut, international company dedicated to dried fruits import and export, is searching a young, talented and adventurer professional to join our international expansion project. In contact with our Headquarter and after a training period in our head office based in Spain, the ideal candidate will handle the international representation of our brand. The ideal candidate will have the next functions and responsabilities:

MARKETING:
-Collaborating in social network design of offers and posts.
-Mailing and Social Network Management: Facebook/Instagram. Replying messages, interacting with clients who use and post our products. Increasing interaction by tracking messages, presence and interaction in groups, etc.
-Elaborating and sharing creative content.
-Influencers' management: proposal of new collaborations, shipments, etc.
-Merchandising management and draws.
-Analysis of market prices and support in pricing configuration.
-Support of country communication actions (directed from Spain)

ECOMMERCE:
-Feedback of incidents and opinions of online audience.
-Transport agency hiring.
-Ecommerce Management: cheking customer's orders and requests, updating stocks, noticing break of stock, noticing products with early expiry date, elaborating orders, management and registration of incidences.
-Orders ditribution, coordination with Courier for the shipment.
-Ecommerce stock management and communication with industrial department to avoid the break of stock.
-Elaborationf of ecommerce reports.
-Feedback to industrial and R & D departments about success/failure of the different products.

MANAGEMENT:
-Development of Nut&Me store in the corresponding country.
-Delivering on pre-agreed budget, and looking to overachieve where posible.
-Billing in relation to services and providers.
-Confirmation of new contracts with Calconut Spain.
-Quality incidences management with clients and Calconut's quality department.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
* University Degree.
* Valuable Master.
* At least 2 years of experience as Community Manager.
* High level of english, desirable spanish.
