The group of Coops+Unions and Growers organizations called  "La Mesa Sectorial" has made a second review on the Spanish almond crop.

These estimations are very difficult due the drought and the effects on the next year pollination. Also it is important to remember that the last 2013 crop disaster has had also an effect on the 2014.

Despite that, the estimation is positive so it is expected that the almond production is over 76% higher than the last crop and 16% higher than the average of the last five years.
